TRUMP: Due to our groundbreaking therapies, the fatality rate is down 85%. Think of that. And our excess mortality rate is 42% lower than Europe. They kept saying, “Germany, Germany, Germany.” First of all, they have different ways of counting. In Germany, if you have a bad heart and you’re ready to die, or if you have cancer and you’re going to be dying soon and you catch COVID, that happens, we mark it down to COVID. Our doctors get more money if somebody dies from COVID. You know that, right? I mean, our doctors, they’re very smart people. So what they do is they say, “I’m sorry, but everybody dies of COVID.” But in Germany and other places, if you have a heart attack or if you have cancer, you’re terminally ill, you catch COVID, they say you died of cancer. You died of heart attack. With us, when in doubt, choose COVID.
It’s true. No, it’s true. Now they’ll say, “Oh, it’s terrible what he said.” But that’s true. It’s like $2,000 more. So you get more money. This could only happen to us where cases are now surging. And if you look at Europe, they’re surging despite these draconian lockdowns. They have it locked down and they’re surging. So what happens, the lockdown, and they’re surging, so what happens is if you get it, stay away. If you get it, you’re going to get better and then you’re going to be immune and it’s a whole thing and it goes away.

A lot of things are changing very fast in DC. We need this final step. This final step. It’s going to be something. But with your devotion and your drive, we are going to keep on working. We are going to keep on fighting, and we are going to keep on winning, winning, winning.

Well, we had 25,000 people coming. We tried to get them not to come, and we have a group over there that we’re going to take care of. But these were — there are thousands of people — look over there — thousands of people, all because the governor wants to play games. The governor wants to play games.
He’s a weak governor who’s done a terrible job. He doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. You’ve got thousands of people that are injured by this. They spent hours and hours, maybe even days, a couple of days — you got 25,000 people. It’s a disgrace. So we’re going to go back and speak to 250 people, but I wanted to say hello to some of the people that came.
You have cars that are three miles long. It’s a shame what the governor did, and that’s why they’re going to lose Minnesota, just like he did with Minneapolis, where they didn’t know what they were doing. They’re going to lose Minnesota. We’re going to win Minnesota, but this should be a lesson. He wants to silence people. This should be a lesson. The governor doesn’t know what he’s doing.
