CSI: American Carnage (Tuesday, June 25, 2019)
BENEATH THE CENTRAL PLAINS – How dreary the Orchid Arroyo has become, my brother, the petals browning and curling like the burnt pages of the Congressional Record. The Dark Ones examine their collection of Orchidaceae, attentively raised throughout the Arroyo, the simulated Mexican landscape that spreads along the southern border of the vast central plains complex. My brother, the elder says, these orchids are wasting away for lack of proper attendants. The Gambler Showman in his madness has destroyed the great garden industry throughout the nation. Gardeners are fleeing our lands. Shall we let this stand? The younger brother surveys the grim field of dying orchids. Perhaps, he says, we could turn the arroyo into productive farmland – poppies from the Afghan hills, so beloved by the townspeople, or, perhaps, fields of weed embraced by the younger generation living in the rural slums above. The elder says, The weed you mention might be used to undermine the one they call AOC. She is a noisy distraction inadvertently created by the Gambler Showman, the Lying Jezebel, and the Kenyan Usurper together. The younger says, What do you mean, my brother? The Showman and the Jezebel hardly work together. The elder, plucks a dead orchid, and says, My brother, it is certainly true that the Showman and the Jezebel do not see eye to eye, but could the Showman have been possible without the many years of effort by the Jezebel and her husband and their allies in the media? We have set the table and the Jezebel and her affable husband with the wandering eyes have dined at length. That has been a central axiom of our effort. We allow these people to embrace self destruction, which allows us to step back and let the Jezebels and the Kenyans do our bidding. The Showman is another matter because, my brother, the Showman is mad. We are best to focus our attentions on the orchids in the arroyo for now because god knows what is coming to the world topside. – Tuesday, June 25, 2019
