CSI: American Carnage (Saturday, March 7, 2020)

WASHINGTON – A wall of bullet-proof plexi now extends across the back room of the Executive Lounge, blocking the rising tide of gauzy mold spreading from an early, pre-taco food dump in the area. Donald tells Stephen “not to worry.” He says, Meadows says he’ll get somebody in here to deal with it. Mark’s a good man, does what needs to be done. Stephen says, Beautiful job blocking it. There is a knock on the door. Donald says, Come. Mike wiggles in. He eyes Donald’s right foot, but sees it is slippered up. A look of disappointment flits across Mike’s face, like a scuttling cluster of insects. Donald says, Rise. What is it? Mike gets up. Stephen says, You’re looking very white. Mike says, Thank you. He turns to Donald, Sire, bless you and all you’ve sacrificed for our unworthy souls. Donald says, Mike, I told you not to praise that rat snake. I told you. Don’t be complimentary of the governor because that governor is a snake. Okay. Inslee. And I said, if you’re nice to him, he will take advantage. And I would have said no. And I said, Let me just tell you, we have a lot of problems with the governor and the governor of Washington that’s where you have many of your problems. Okay. So you may be happy with him, but I’m not. Okay. Stephen says, He’s a snake. Donald says, He doesn’t know the science. But, you know, I like this stuff. My uncle is a great person who was at MIT. He taught at MIT for I think a record number of years. He was a great, super genius. Dr. John Trump. I like this stuff. I really get it. People are surprised that I understand, that I understand it. Every one of these doctors said, How do you know so much about this? Maybe I have a natural ability. Maybe I should have done that instead of running for president. But you know what? What they’ve done is very incredible. I understand that whole world. I love that world. I really do. I love that world. And they should be given tremendous credit, and the whole world is relying on us. Mike says, Your abilities, Most Magnificent, are the greatest of all abilities. They are beyond anything ever witnessed. Donald says, I know the corona like no one. I feel it. Mike says, Sire, what should we do about the cruise ship off California with the infected aboard? Donald says, Well, that’s a big question. Frankly, if it were up to me, I would be inclined to say leave everybody on the ship for a period of time and you use the ship as your base, but a lot of people would rather do it a different way. They’d rather quarantine people on the land. Now, when they do that, our numbers are going to go up. Our numbers are going to go up. The 240 is going to go up, and I assume that perhaps it’s a very big ship with thousands of people on it, including the sailors and the crew. You’re talking about a massive number of people. That is a big ship. I’d rather have the people stay, but I’d go with them. I told them to make the final decision. I would rather it because I like the numbers being where they are, I don’t need to have the numbers double because of one ship that wasn’t our fault. Mike says, Oh Highness, the clarity of your vision is always astounding, which I told them in Seattle. Donald says, I wouldn’t bring up Seattle if I were you. Mike says, No, Sire. I erred. Donald says to Stephen, There is no one who knows the corona like I do. Stephen says, Absolutely not. Donald says, I feel it, how it moves, how it seeps, how, you know, you can’t see it, but it’s everywhere, and you look around, you look around, and you realize, okay, the world has changed. Yeah. The corona. I get it very much. – Saturday, March 7, 2020
