CSI: American Carnage (Saturday, July 4, 2020)
ARIZONA – Please. Please help me. Little Timmy, pup reporter, and the Professor’s small strike force stop and listen. The voice floats out of the desert darkness. Help. Please help. Timmy says, Professor, there’s another plea for help, it seems to be coming from behind that saguaro cactus, the one with the two arms. Someone needs us. Sarah, Timmy’s friend from the resistance potluck, says, Careful. This desert is thick with hoaxes. The strike force moves into the darkness and behind the cactus they find a man in a suit, prostrate on the ground. Water, he says, a sip of water. Timmy passes over his water bottle. The man wipes off the cap and takes a drink. Timmy says, What happened? The man says, The Chinese did this to me, the Communist Chinese. I told them the virus was a hoax, that it was no more than the flu. They threw me in the portable vat of virus and left me here. Sarah says, Another hot spot. Put on your masks and earmuffs everyone. This is an intense hoax spreading center. The man says, This is no hoax. It was just a common flu bug, but the global warming is a hoax, the heat never came, and their viral weapon has been unleashed. Very bad. A horrible, evil thing. The Professor says, What is your name? The man says, John. Bill the cadaver, who has splintered off from the great Army of the Dead to accompany the strike force, says, The virus is real. In combination with centuries of hate and discrimination and virulent white supremacy, it has left my people exposed and vulnerable. Nearly 40 percent of victims are people of color. John says, I get it, Ok. Excuse me. The Chinese Communist Party is making us stay locked in our homes, they spawned the virus, they hid the virus, they sent hundreds of thousands of Chinese nationals over here to spread the virus before we knew and… Bill the Cadaver says, What are you talking about? John says, The dateline is November, they spawned the virus, probably came out of the biological lab. For two months they hid the virus from world and the possibility of a pandemic behind the shield of the World Health Organization. Okay. The New World Health Order. While they did that, they vacuumed up the world’s protective equipment,. And here’s the point: While they were preventing any domestic travel from Wuhan, to Beijing, locking down their transportation, they sent Chinese on aircraft to go around the world. They deliberately allowed Chinese nationals to come to the United States, Italy, and everywhere in between, who were infected. What they did during this period of time when they knew there was a pandemic, they didn’t allow their people to travel inside of China but they allowed people in China who were likely infected to go around the world. Effectively seeding and spreading. When the virus came out, one of the other things that the Chinese did is not really divulge what the genome sequence was so we could get a handle on that. They scrubbed those labs where this might have come out. Everybody thought, and this was a reasonable resumption that come summer heat and humidity will get rid of the virus. But the Chinese Communists took care of that too. This looks like a weaponized virus. John, who had raised himself up to a sitting position, slumped back down to the desert floor, a small smile on his face. He says, That’s the story. Bill the Cadaver says, What did you say your name was. John says, John. John Baron. The strike forces collectively gasps. Mohammed, Timmy’s friend, shouts, Red alert! Red alert! They all move far away. Bill shouts over his shoulder, We heard the president stopped all travel from China very strongly. John shouts, It’s the tricky Chinese! The Chinese! Kung flu! Kung flu! The strike force backs away. Kung flu! Kung flu! floats in the air seeking to settle on a host. – July 4, 2020
