CSI: American Carnage (Saturday, August 10, 2019)
WASHINGTON — Donald stands on the White House lawn. His face is wet in the sunlight. Drops of water form rivulets running down his cheek, coming together like small creeks eventually forming larger creeks and then great rivers that push their way south, sweeping up mud and particles before disappearing into the vast underground ocean beneath his shirt collar. Reporters jostle, reaching for branches to pull themselves to dry land. One shouts, Mr. President! What are you going to say to twitter about banning conservatives? Donald says, We’re going to be very tough with them. They’re treating conservatives very unfairly. Hollywood — I don’t call them the “elites”; I think the elites are people they go after, in many cases. But Hollywood is really terrible. You talk about racist — Hollywood is racist. They are the most racist. What they’re doing, with the kind of movies they’re putting out — it’s actually very dangerous for our country. I’ve seen many movies and they are dangerous as hell as you know. They are pulling the triggers on the sick people who then pull the triggers on the guns, which don’t pull their own triggers. They never did. So it’s the Hollywood racist elites. One of our great commentators, not the Fake News™, said, okay, I think he summed it up for a lot of people, a lot, he said that Liberal Hollywood is Racist at the highest level, and with great Anger and Hate! They like to call themselves ‘Elite,’ but they are not Elite. In fact, it is often the people that they so strongly oppose that are actually the Elite. The movie coming out is made in order to inflame and cause chaos. They create their own violence, and then try to blame others. They are the true Racists, and are very bad for our Country! Reporters jostle and shout. Donald looks at them, his face now a sea as the rivulets have gathered and formed grainy pools of deepening wet. He says, What Hollywood is doing is a tremendous disturbance to our country. We have now, in a little while, all of the heads of the biggest companies coming in, and we’re going to talk to them. They treat conservatives and Republicans totally different than they treat others. And they can’t do that. There is a disturbance. Can you feel it? There is a disturbance. And we will not have it! Not here. Not now. Not with this movie that is so racist, like all the others, that do the inflaming of our great country. But we will put an end to that. – Saturday, August 10, 2019
