CSI: American Carnage (Tuesday, January 7, 2020)
NEW YORK – Judge, our reports show that the Ayatollah is calling for impeachment, says Aines, curling her left leg around her right, like a caduceus, but upside down. She says, That’s just what Pelosi wants. Do you think she’s right to want to call the Ayatollah as a witness? That’s what we heard. The Ayatollah of Islam and Iran in the well of the United States Senate, on a plinth, almost, being displayed for admiration by the American people, and testifying against the president of the United States, Donald Trump. Can the Democrats do that? I mean would that be legal? Judge Nap stares at Aines. He says, Can he get a visa, that’s the question. Will the Trump regime let him into the country? I doubt it. Doocer says to Aines, See, the whole thing is rigged. It is a complete sham. The Iranians will sweet-talk Pelosi, and the idea of justice for the president of the United States will just go up like a car bomb. She wants to cave. Killer says, She has lots of Iranians in her district. Aines says, Judge, can’t the president of the United States have the charges dropped if Pelosi doesn’t turn over the articles of impeachment? When a prosecutor brings a case against someone and then refuses to try it, can’t that person constitutionally dismiss the charges? Judge Nap continues to stare at Aines. He says, There is no prosecutor and no case being brought. Ainse does her little head shake. She says, But isn’t it the same thing? Nap says, It’s a political process. Aines bores in. Is that a no? she asks. Judge Nap says, I can’t answer it yes-or-no! Ms. Pelosi is trying to influence the rules of the Senate by refusing to surrender the articles of impeachment until the senators agree to live testimony. Aines says, Well what if she brings in the Ayatollah? Wouldn’t that be grounds for dismissal? The Ayatollah of Islam and Iran and All the Peoples, swaggering into the Senate of the United States, with his head wrapped in black like a chocolate donut, and all of his million people shouting death to America, and Obama shaking his head with like how didn’t I think of blowing up Iran and now all the glory is going to Donald J. Trump, wouldn’t all of that be grounds for dismissal? Judge Nap is very quiet. Ainse says, Our reporting is clear. And don’t forget the picture! The picture of Obama embracing the Ayatollah. What about that? Is that legal? – Tuesday, January 7, 2020.
